South / Southwestern United States

The south and southwestern states, primarily Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and North Central Florida, have been the primary geographic focus and will continue to be so as deal flow from the region is extremely strong. We will only be a lead investor in the region where we have a physical presence. The company is also presented opportunities from many other parts of the country and exceptional opportunities are thoroughly considered on a co-investment basis, with other venture capital firms.
