Darlene R. Kilburn Office Manager/Accountant Ms. Kilburn is Fund Administrator for MVP and has been with the company since 1995. She supports the efforts of the Houston office and other Principals. Before joining MVP, she was the Chief Legislative Aide to Texas State Senator Chet Brooks. She graduated from the University of Houston- Clear Lake with a B.S. in American Jurisprudence (cum laude).
